Currency Notice
This notice explains the default transaction currency used by Global HSE Consulting Limited and how currency issues may affect international clients.
Canadian Corporation
Global HSE Consulting Limited is a Canadian corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada.
Default Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices, invoices, and transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
International Clients
Clients outside Canada may receive proposals, invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations that reference CAD. If another currency is shown for convenience, the final processing currency may still be CAD unless Global HSE Consulting Limited confirms otherwise in writing.
Exchange Rates and Bank Fees
Currency conversion rates, foreign transaction charges, bank fees, card issuer fees, and payment processor charges are set by the customer's financial institution or payment provider and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
