Global HSE Consulting Limited is incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada and provides health, safety, environmental, quality, auditing, compliance, consulting, and training services to clients throughout Canada and internationally.

Global HSE Consulting Limited is a Canadian corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada. Unless otherwise stated, all prices, invoices, and transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

The scope, timing, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities for a consulting, training, auditing, compliance, or advisory engagement may be set out in a proposal, statement of work, invoice, written confirmation, or other agreement between the client and Global HSE Consulting Limited.

Payments may be processed through Chase Merchant, Moneris Solutions Corporation, CardConnect LLC, iSolutions Payment LLC, or other payment service providers used by Global HSE Consulting Limited from time to time.

Payment processors may apply their own terms, security procedures, authorization requirements, currency conversion processes, and data handling practices.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Global HSE Consulting Limited retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methods, frameworks, templates, training materials, tools, research concepts, diagrams, publications, know-how, and related content.

Clients may use paid deliverables for their internal business purposes, subject to the terms of the applicable engagement. Reproduction, resale, public distribution, or adaptation of Global HSE materials requires written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global HSE Consulting Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website, services, materials, or professional advice. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or as otherwise required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in a customer's jurisdiction.
