About the Practice

Built in the field.
Not the boardroom.

Global HSE Consulting Limited is a Vancouver-based occupational health advisory practice focused on preventing occupational disease, strengthening compliance, and building practical health systems for high-risk industries. Founded in 2022, the practice supports mining, energy, construction, manufacturing, government, and international organisations with advisory services grounded in field experience and implementation.

Why Global HSE Consulting Exists

Prevention systems, not paperwork.

Global HSE Consulting exists because occupational disease is preventable, but prevention only works when knowledge is translated into practical systems, accountable operations, and measurable workplace controls.

The practice supports high-risk industries, regulators, ministries, employers, and institutions where the gap between policy and implementation is widest. The focus is always the same: turn evidence into systems that protect workers in real operating conditions.

The work is not measured in reports filed. It is measured in disease that did not occur.

What We Believe

Occupational health improves when prevention is designed into how work is planned, measured, and governed.

  • Prevention before harm
  • Systems before paperwork
  • Evidence before assumption
  • Global perspective, local application
The Method

How the work is actually done.

Every engagement follows the same four-stage approach – whether it is a single mine, a national policy framework, or a multi-country research programme. The deliverable changes; the method does not.
i.
Stage 01

Diagnose the system gap

Identify where the gap between what the law requires, what the data shows, and what actually happens in the workplace is widest. The gap is the brief.

ii.
Stage 02

Design for implementation

Build frameworks that work in this jurisdiction, this industry, and this workforce – not frameworks borrowed from elsewhere and resented locally.

iii.
Stage 03

Embed measurement

Prevention systems without surveillance infrastructure produce documentation. We build the data layer that makes improvement visible and accountable over time.

iv.
Stage 04

Build institutional capacity

The goal is not dependency on external advice. It is a functioning organisational or national system that improves independently after we leave.

Leadership & Advisory Team

The practice, in the people.

Global HSE Consulting is led by a small senior team and a network of sector associates – each carrying a defined line of expertise. Mandates draw on the combination the brief requires; no project is staffed by one person alone.
