Diagnose the system gap
Identify where the gap between what the law requires, what the data shows, and what actually happens in the workplace is widest. The gap is the brief.
Global HSE Consulting Limited is a Vancouver-based occupational health advisory practice focused on preventing occupational disease, strengthening compliance, and building practical health systems for high-risk industries. Founded in 2022, the practice supports mining, energy, construction, manufacturing, government, and international organisations with advisory services grounded in field experience and implementation.
Global HSE Consulting exists because occupational disease is preventable, but prevention only works when knowledge is translated into practical systems, accountable operations, and measurable workplace controls.
The practice supports high-risk industries, regulators, ministries, employers, and institutions where the gap between policy and implementation is widest. The focus is always the same: turn evidence into systems that protect workers in real operating conditions.
The work is not measured in reports filed. It is measured in disease that did not occur.

Build frameworks that work in this jurisdiction, this industry, and this workforce – not frameworks borrowed from elsewhere and resented locally.
Prevention systems without surveillance infrastructure produce documentation. We build the data layer that makes improvement visible and accountable over time.
The goal is not dependency on external advice. It is a functioning organisational or national system that improves independently after we leave.
Global HSE Consulting is led by a small senior team and a network of sector associates – each carrying a defined line of expertise. Mandates draw on the combination the brief requires; no project is staffed by one person alone.
Dr. Nayab Sultan leads Global HSE Consulting's advisory practice in occupational disease prevention, silica and dust hazard control, national OSH systems, and health governance for high-hazard industries.
His leadership brings together field practice, standards-informed advisory work, research translation, and executive judgment so clients can move from policy intent to practical prevention systems that work in real operating environments.
Global HSE Consulting collaborates with selected organisations to support practical occupational health delivery, digital systems, training infrastructure, and community-focused workforce health initiatives.
